  8. Asset Encryption: Files in the system are held in encrypted virtual folders. Unlike other systems, you can only access files when you are logged into the system.
  9. Team Summary Page: Each project has a 'Team Summary' page, giving you an overview of the people working on your team. Access this page can be restricted for clients - so they can only see members from your office (and not see Suppliers and other Companies)
  10. Project Setup Wizard: Creating a project with Team Members, Project Lead, Folders, Logo can be done with a single click.
  1. Easy to add new users: You can add new users and invite to projects with a couple of 'clicks'. When a user is created, you have the option to send an auto email with the users login details and link back to the system. Easy.
  2. User Audit Trail: All activity is tracked in the central database. Logins, Clicks - even Emails are recorded - so you can always go back and check 'who saw what - and when!'
  3. User Groups: Users can be organised into Groups, which can in turn be used to further refine permissions and workflows.
  4. No Technical Skills Required: No technical skills are required to use the system.
  5. Multi-Language: The interface for Hot Project comes in three languages. English, German, Spanish, Chinese. Adding new languages is easy - you can do this yourself. So, when you create a user you can assign what language they need. This is fantastic for collaboration with remote teams in other countries.
