Pricing Details:

  • Prices are in US Dollars
  • All of the Managed plans are pay as you go, month by month. No setup fees, No Cancellation Fees.
  • The Self Hosted plans are a "One Off" payment and include 30 Days installation support
  • Additional Users: $25 per 10 accounts
  • Additional Storage: $25 per 1GB

Support Plans:

Hot Project provides you with 3 key levels of support:

  • Application Setup
  • Application Usage
  • Application Upgrades

For managed systems, support is included in the monthly fee.

For hosted systems, 30 days of installation support is included with the purchase price.

Further support is available for:

  • 3 months: $150
  • 12 months: $500

Support is provided via:

  • Email
  • Phone
  • Microsoft Messenger

Support plans are sold after the initial Extranet System purchase.

Technical Requirements:

The Hot Project Extranet & Project Management Software is supported by the following Browsers:

  • Safari (Mac)
  • Firefox (Mac/PC)
  • Internet Explorer (PC)
  • Mozilla Variations (Opera etc.)

The Hot Project Extranet Server application runs using Apache, MySQL & PHP. As such it is supported by:

  • Linux
  • Windows (IIS/Apache)
  • FreeBSD
  • Solaris

Technical Notes:

Additional components such as the PDF preview tool require the installation of Image Magick and Ghost Script.

The Hot Project Server will run under IIS on Windows, however not all extensions are supported.
