Project Access Control

One of the key benefits of Hot Project Extranet is the ability to upload files to be shared and then control who has access.

This access control is achieved at a Project level, on a ‘User by User’ basis.

Users belonging to the ‘Primary Client’ (Your Agency) will have access to all projects – even if not invited. Clients will only have access to projects they are invited to – Even projects for their own ‘Client’ group will be on a ‘invite only’ basis.

Setting Project Access Control:

- Open the desired ‘Project’
- Choose a Client
- Choose a Project
- Choose ‘User Access’ on the ‘Project’ navigation on the left hand side of the Extranet Screen
- You will be presented with 2 boxes with Names within:
- All available users
- Users invited to the project
- You control access for the given project by moving the names between the boxes

Note: Directory & Folder access within a project is controlled by the user groups. (Agency, Client, Supplier)
