Extranet Clients:

The Hot Project Extranet organises all content at a 'top level' according to your 'Clients & Suppliers'.

Defining separate 'Clients & Suppliers' will help bring clarity to how you organise your project work, administer users and generate reports.

It is worth noting that Clients & Suppliers do not neccessarily need to be external to your business, rather these are ways of looking at the 'Stakeholders' in our project workflow which may need to have access to different content.

Add a client:

You must be logged in as an 'Admin' to create a new client.

1. Click 'Clients'
2. Click 'Add Client' from the small secondary navigation bar
3. Enter your new 'Client Name'
4. If desired, upload a logo
a. Note, this logo will be visible to users of the system which belong to this client
5. Choose a Logo Background Colour
a. You can choose to override the background colour of the mast-head for each client if you feel it improves the 'look' of the system. (Not recommended generally)
6. Click 'Create'
