Management Reports
As the classic saying goes: "We cannot manage what we cannot measure". It is on this basis that Hot Project includes a comprehensive reporting suite which can generate metrics on all aspects of the project lifecycle.
The system lets you generate reports for any specified date range, and can report on a single project, all projects or projects for a specified client.
Reports are presented visually using graphs and are also available as an Excel download.
Key reports include:
- Project time by task type (EG: Scheduled Work, Change Request, Bug, Support)
- Project time by project
- Project time by client
- Project time by user
- User time sheets
- Document uploads by project
- Document uploads by user
- User login history (User Audit)
