Once a project is finished, you can delete old versions and download the latest and approved versions of your files and a list of all project tasks in a single compressed ZIP archive.

Hot Project employs a unique Drag & Drop interface which allows non technical users to upload large volumes of files with a single click.

Many Hot Project users regularly upload 200-300 files per project.

This is perfect for managing the approval of high volume production runs such as: web banners, brochure creative, magazine pages or multiple poster designs.

Projects have a virtual folder structure to allow you to control access to your project content.

2) Access Control
Access to folders is controlled by project "Groups". Typical groups are: Agency, Client, Supplier.

3) File Previews
The software builds a dynamic preview to your file so you can browse your files visually.

4) Online Approvals
Users can approve or reject files online. (If they have the correct privileges.)

5) Feedback
Users can leave feedback for any upload. Feedback is recorded sequentially in forum style. Only administrators can delete feedback.

6) Asset Summary
The software will give you a summary of the files characteristics - such as size, dimensions, format. This is highly useful for the Quality Assurance and testing of files.
